Coventry Local Involvement Network or LINk is an independent body that enables people in Coventry to have a greater say about local NHS and social care services. It works to change the ways that services are delivered, to make them better and works for better planned services for the future.
Coventry LINk is a network made up of individual local people and voluntary and community groups.
The purpose of a LINk is to improve the health and social care provision for all those living within Coventry by creating a way for local people to have more of a say about their services and enabling local views to make a difference to how services are planned for the future.

The LINk collects views in lots of different way including reaching out to those who don't usually have a strong voice. It enables local people to make a difference in ways that suit them either by dipping in and out of the LINk or by regular involvement through volunteering
Each LINk is supported by a Host organisation. The role of the Host organisation is to provide a skilled staff team for the LINk, promote the LINk, record the work of the LINk, conduct community outreach work, and hold the LINk's budget. The host organisation for Coventry LINk is Voluntary Action Coventry (VAC). To find out more about Voluntary Action Coventry go to the Voluntary Action Coventry webite
