Plans that could give people in Coventry more choice about the GP practices they can register with have been put forward by the Department of Health. The consultation  'Your GP, Your Choice, Your Say' asks qustions about how this might work in reality - for example if someone has a GP further from their home how should home visits and out of hours care work?
