LINk's programme of work until May 2012
Our new pieces of work are:
- Hospital car parking - are recent changes to carparking arrangements making a difference for pateints and visitors?
- The service offered by the Opal Centre (disability equipment)
- Care planning for mental health patients
- Outpatient booking processes at University Hospital Coventry
- Barriers for Black and Minority Ethnic communities in accessing cancer services
- Pathway for cancer patients going through A&E
LINk is also committed to ongoing work regarding:
- Access to quality information about services and personalisation by social care users and carers;
- Safeguarding processes;
- HealthWatch Development;
- and the NHS Changes.
Plus following up recent recommendations.
