Things you must bear in mind when using the Fourm:

1. This Forum is for the disciussion of NHS and adult social care services provided in Coventry. You might share some of your experiences - what went well and what wasn't so good or suggest things which could be done differently or ideas for how services are delivered in the future.This is not a forum for dealing with complaints about NHS or social care services.
2. Think about how much personal information you give and  don't go into intimate details about your treatment or care - remember this is a public site.
3. Do not name individual doctors, nurses, social care staff or other staff you have come into contact with in your posts  - instead talk more generally.

How to add your comments

• Under each forum, there is a list of topics / discussions that you can particpate in.
• To post a comment go into the Forum you are intersted in, eg GP Services ,and click on the discisson topic. You can either use the add new comment link or reply to an exisiting comment. Fill out the form that appears with what you want to say, preview it and then save it to the site. It will only appear on the site once you save it.
• It is best to create a concise subject heading for your post.
• Anyone can view comments, but only signed in users/members can add comments, reply to comments, or reply to other peoples reply's.

Other tips

• Using captital letters like THIS is considered to be SHOUTING
• Don't stretch words like thisssssssssss or over do punctuation like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as this will irritate other users.
